KAEDAH PEMBAYARAN

  1. Anda dinasihatkan untuk tidak terus membuat pembayaran serta merta kerana dikhuatiri barang yang di pesan kehabisan stok/tiada dalam stok.
  2. Setelah menerima pesanan (cara membuat pesanan boleh baca di sini) daripada anda, pesanan akan di proses….
    1. kami akan maklumkan kepada anda sekiranya ketiadaan stok atau ketiadaan warna/saiz (dansebagainya) yang dipinta
    2. sekiranya tiada masalah/ perubahan satu invoice akan diemailkan kepada anda
  3. Setelah bersetuju dengan invoice yang di hantar, anda diminta membuat pembayaran dalam tempoh 7 hari bekerja
  4. Satu mesej akan dihantar kepada anda 3 hari sebelum tamat tempoh – sebagai peringatan*Ini bererti pihak kami akan “hold” barang dipesan selama 7 hari sahaja
  5. Jika pembayaran TIDAK diterima, pesanan tersebut dianggap BATAL barang tersebut akan di “release” semula.

  • Setelah pembelian atau pesanan dibuat
    • JANGAN TERUS membuat bayaran 
    • Tunggu respon atau maklum balas dari kami
    • Sekiranya anda tidak menerima maklum balas sila berhubung dengan pihak kami 
  • Pesanan akan di PROSES
    • sekiranya barang yang dipesan STOK SEDIA ADA
      • invoice akan dikeluarkan bagi memaklumkan kos penghantaran serta JUMLAH YANG PERLU DIBAYAR
      • sekiranya anda BERSETUJU dengan JUMLAH YANG PERLU DIBAYAR, PEMBAYARAN PERLU DI BUAT dalam tempoh 7 hari 
      • CARA MEMBUAT PEMBAYARAN klik di sini
    • sekiranya barang yang dipesan KEHABISAN STOK
      • Kami akan menghubungi anda dan memaklumkan bahawa barang yang di pesan kehabisan stok
      • Kami akan maklumkan bila STOK baru akan sampai
      • Kami juga akan mencadangkan barang yang lebih kurang sama
      • ANDA bebas MEMILIH sama ada
        ingin menunggu sehingga stok sampai    
        ingin membatalkan pesanan   
        ingin memesan barangan yang dicadangkan   
        ingin membuat pesanan baru 
      • Sekiranya barang yang dipesan telah sampai, kami akan memaklumkan kepada anda  dan proses seperti di atas (STOK SEDIA ADA) akan di ikuti
    • sekiranya barang yang dipesan STOK BERHENTIKAN
      • Kami akan menghubungi anda dan memaklumkan bahawa barang yang di pesan telah diberhentikan pengeluarannya.
      • KAMI akan mencadangkan barang yang lebih kurang sama
      • ANDA bebas MEMILIH sama ada
        ingin menunggu sehingga stok sampai    
        ingin membatalkan pesanan   
        ingin memesan barangan yang dicadangkan   
        ingin membuat pesanan baru 
  • PASTIKAN anda memberi nama, alamat pengiriman yang penuh , telefon rumah, telefon bimbit anda yang betul, bagi memudahkan proses penghantaran.
  • ANDA perlu membuat BAYARAN dalam tempoh 7 hari.
  • Anda diminta membuat pembayaran dalam tempoh 7 hari selepas invois diberikan kepada anda
  • Sekiranya gagal, pesanan anda akan diBATALkan
  • Penghantaran hanya akan dibuat selepas pengesahan bayaran diterima.

  • PENGHANTARAN
    • Selepas pembayaran anda disahkan
    • 1 sms akan dihantar kepada anda sebagai pengesahan
    • Penghantaran akan dilakukan dalam tempoh 1-3 hari bekerja
    • 1 sms akan dihantar beserta dengan nombor  track penghantaran
  • Sila rujuk bahagian PENGHANTARAN untuk mengetahui cara dan kos penghantaran
